Casa Feliz is affordable to single person households earning $8,352-$26,005 a year and, rents range from approximately $346 to $600. Casa Feliz will set aside 35% of its units for mainstreaming developmentally disabled individuals within this income range who will be served by an on-site supportive services provider, Housing Choices Coalition.
